Fishermen’s Sandals

Project: Classic fishermen’s sandal in textured leather

Date: Completed April 2020

Process: Full grain leather is used to construct the outer layer of the sandal, and vegetable tanned leather lines the inside. This leather tanning process produces a hard wearing, naturally odor resistant product. A flexible natural plantation crepe sole, thick wool lining, and a steel shank are used to construct the sole unit. This heavy duty stitched sole construction provides miles of comfort while not losing flexibility.
